Terms and Conditions

Our Policy
  • Many of our suites are booked six months to a year in advance. For this reason, we have a strict deposit refund and cancellation policy.
Deposits
  • We require a 50% deposit of the entire reservation amount to book your suite.
  • Deposits can be made by cash, bank wire (fee to be paid by customer), you can pay from your account or you can pay directly with your debit/credit card.
Cancellations (written notification required)
  • Cancellation 90 days or more prior to arrival, 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 31 days to 89 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 30 days or less prior to day of arrival will result in loss of the entire deposit.
  • In the event of a “no show”, the entire deposit is non-refundable.
  • Without notification in the case of a “no-show” after 24 hours of reservation date, the suite will be forfeited.
Vacating Your Suite Early
  • Unused portions of reservations are non refundable, all payments will be forfeited for those dates.
